The tape container, as described in Representation 2, shall have an overhang protruding from the periphery of the locking pin, and a cutout shall be constructed in the locking pin support. When the locking pin, supported by a rotatable arm on the locking pin support, is rotated to align the overhang with the cutout, allowing the overhang to pass through the locking pin support, the displaced end of the locking pin shall be received in one of the locking holes. When the locking pin is rotated to set the overhang at a position where the overhang is not aligned with the cutout, the locking pin support shall be constructed to prevent the overhang from passing through the locking pin support. The stopper shall not be locked to the arm, and shall be able to slide on the arm.
