1. กรรมวิธีการผลิตรีคอมบิแนนท์ DNA สำหรับผลิตแอนติเจนผิวหน้า P31 ของไวรัสเฮพาไททิส B ประเภท adr ที่มีซีเควนซ์ของกรดอะมิโน : (สูตรเคมี) หรือแอนติเจนผิวหน้า P31 ของไวรัสเฮพาไททิส B ประเภท adw ที่มีซีเควนซ์ของกรดอะมิโน (สูตรเคมี) ใน Escherichia coli ซึ่งได้ใส่ DNA ที่มีรหัสของแอนติเจน ผิวหน้า P31ของเฮพาไททิส B ประเภท adr หรือ adw เข้าสู่ ปลายด้าน 3\'ของบริเวณโปรโมเตอร์ ซึ่งสามารถเกิดฟังก์ชันใน Escherichia coli
