It contains the essential components, by weight, of (A) 2% to 8% of water-soluble mono-, di- or triethanolamine or ethylenediamine salts of anionic sulfatetech or sulfonatetech detergents. (B) 1% to 4% of water-soluble anionic alkyl oxylate detergents selected from groups consisting of condensate of C8-C18 alkanol with 2 to 15 mol ethylene oxide, condensate of C6-C12 alkylphenol with 5 to 30 mol ethylene oxide, and condensate of C10-C16 alkanol with different mixtures of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in weight ratios of 5:1 to 1:5 with a total amount of alkyl oxide of 60% to 85% by weight. The weight ratio of these anionic sulfonate or sulfate detergents (C) 2% to 15% of water-soluble mono-, di- or triethanolamine or ethylenediamine salts of C1-C3 monocarboxylic acid softeners, with the weight ratio of softener to detergent total in the range of 1:6 to 5:1; (D) 0.1% to 4% by weight of mono-, di- or triethanolamine or ethylenediamine; (E) 0-2% of water-soluble mono-, di- or triethanolamine or ethylenediamine salts of C8-C18 carboxylic acids; (F) 0-8% of urea; and (G) water.
