อนุพันธ์อะมิโนฟีนนอล ที่ถูกแทนด้วยสูตร (1) ต่อไปนี้ สูตรเคมี (1) ที่ซึ่ง x คือ 0 หรือ 5 A คืออัลลีน R1 คือฟีนิล เป็นต้น R2 และ R3 คือ H หรืออัลคิล R4 คือ คาร์บาโมอัลคิลที่ถูกเข้าแทน ที่ เป็นต้น R5 คือ อะมิโนมที่ เข้าแทนที่ เป็นต้น เกลือของมัน และออพทิคัลไอโชเมอร์ ของอนุพันธ์นี้ และของเกลือนี้ ตลอดจน แกสทริน รีเซพเทอร์ แอนทาโกนีส โคลีชีสโทคินนิน รีเชพเทอร์ แอนทาโกนีส และ ยาสำหรับโรคเกี่ยวกับการย่อยอาหาร สารประกอบนี้ มีการขัดขวางการยึดอย่างรุนแรงกับ แกสทริน รีเซพเทอร์ หรือ CCK - A รีเซพเทอร์ และเพราะเหตุนี้ สารประกอบนี้จึงมี ประโยชน์สำหรับป้องกันและบำบัดโรคเกี่ยวกับกระเพาะอาหารและเหล่านี้ ตลอดจนเพปทิค อัลเซอร์ และตลอดจนโรคของระบบประสาทส่วนกลาง สิทธิบัตรยา
