1. The method specified in Claim 14, whereby the procedure of such wireless reception consists of the following parts: - transmission of the voice data signal to the transducer with the voice input of the second cellular radio phone; and - re-conversion of the received voice data signal back into the user programmable data within the second cellular radio phone. 16. The method specified in Claim 13, whereby the procedure for such wireless transmission shall be carried out by the following steps: - wireless transmission of the known test data model from the first cellular radiophone to the second cellular radiophone via such wireless connection; and - indication of complete reception of such model at the second cellular radiophone to confirm the operation of such wireless connection before transmission of the programmable user data. 17. The procedure set forth in Claim 16, whereby the procedure for such indication shall consist of providing an audible and visible indication of complete reception of the second cellular radiotelephone to be confirmed by the user. 18. The method specified in Claim 13, where the programmable data includes a directory of telephone numbers. 19. A cellular radiotelephone consisting of: - A transducer with an audio output to generate sound energy in response to an electrical signal received as input; - A transceiver to receive the electrical signal received as input and to transmit the electrical signal as output via a radio frequency channel; - A directory containing telephone numbers; - A wireless connection method to retrieve the telephone number directory; - A processor method to program the telephone number directory into memory. 20.
