The screw (12) is connected to an electric motor (13) which drives the screw (12) to rotate along the axis of the electric motor (13). The ice cream container (11) has an outer wall sealed to a cooling coil (14) which supplies cooling to the ice cream container (11). The cooling coil (14) is part of the cooling cycle (20) which is contained inside the cabinet (10). The ice cream container (11) has an electric shut-off valve (15) that dispenses the ice cream to the outside. An electric motor (13) is connected to the processing unit (30) that controls the electric motor (13) to open and close. The refrigeration cycle (20) is connected to the processing unit (30) that adjusts the cooling temperature inside the ice cream container (11). At one location in the ice cream container (11) there is a temperature sensor (16) that sends the temperature value to the processing unit (30).
