1. The process of manufacturing granulated fertilizer involves taking raw materials such as urea or a nitrate mixture and making a solution. This solution is then mixed with raw materials containing nitrogen, phosphorus, or potassium nutrients. The mixture is then granulated and dried. 2. The process described in claim 1 uses a urea solution or nitrate mixture concentration of 65-90%. 3. The process referred to in Claim 1, during the introduction of urea solution or nitrate mixture, requires maintaining a constant dissolution temperature within the range of 85-100 degrees Celsius. 4. The manufacturing process claimed in claim 3, which involves maintaining a constant solution temperature, requires the direct passage of steam into the stirring and holding tanks, while simultaneously steam is used to heat the outer shells of both tanks.
