Abstract
ขบวนการพิกลิงค์ (pickling) และการพาสสิเวชั่น(passivation) ในเหล็กสเตนเลสโดยไม่ใช้กรดไนตริก ขบวนการสำหรับเหล็กสเตนเลสในการทำพิกลิงค์นั้น วัตถุดิบจะ ถูกปฏิบัติโดยอยู่บาธที่คงอุณหภูมิไว้ในช่วงตั้งแต่ 30-70 องศาเซลเซียส และประกอบด้วย a) HCI b) Fe3+ c) HF d) สารอิมัลซิไฟเออร์ (emulsifier) สารเวทติ้ง (wetting agent) , าสรเคลือบเงา (polishing agent) , สารยับยั้งการ ขับของกรด โดยการเติมในบาธอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วย - แรงดันหมุนวนของอากาศอย่างเท่ากันทีค่าอย่างน้อย 3 ม3/ชม. ต่อ ม3 บาธนาที และปริมาณตัวออกซิไดซ์จะปรับโดยที่ ให้ค่ารีดอกซ์ โพเทนเชียล ของบาธคงไว้ที่ 250 mV นาที

1. ขบวนการพิกลิงค์สำหรับเหล็กสเตนเลสที่มีโครเมียมผสมนั้นได้นำวัตถุดิบไปปฏิบัติที่บาธ(bath) ที่คงอุณหภูมิไว้ ในช่วง 30 องศา ถึง 70 องศาเซลเซียส,ซึ่งให้ผลดีที่ อุณหภูมิช่วง 45 องศา ถึง 55 องศาเซลเซียส มีส่วนประกอบดัง นี้คือ a) HCI ตั้งแต่ 25 ถึง 120 กรัม/ลิตร b) Fe+3 อย่างน้อย 15 กรัม/ลิตร ซึ่งหใผลดีที่อย่างน้อย 30 กรัม/ลิตร c) HF ตั้งแต่ 5 ถึง 50 กรัม/ลิตร d) สารประกอบที่เติม(อิมัลซิไฟออร์,สารเวทติ้ง,สารเคลือบ เงา) และสารยับยั้งการจับของกรด ประมาณ 1 กรัม/ลิตร ของ ทั้งหมด บาธที่ได้กล่าวแท็ก :
