It effectively increases absorption into the skin, does not leave color stains on the skin or clothes, and can be washed off easily. This product not only helps cleanse and nourish the skin, but also helps to feel refreshed and relaxed for the user. It also adds value to turmeric, a valuable Thai herb, by promoting its acceptance in the health and beauty product market that focuses on safety and quality. This invention develops a formula, composition and production process for glycerin soap containing turmeric emulsion extract using key ingredients: turmeric emulsion extract, glycerin soap base, moisturizer and water. The production process starts with mixing turmeric emulsion extract and moisturizer in water until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Then, the glycerin soap base is melted with heat until it becomes a liquid before mixing with the prepared solution until it is homogeneous and poured into a mold. Let it cool until the soap hardens and store it in suitable packaging.

The manufacturing process for glycerin soap containing turmeric emulsion extract, according to any one of Patents 1-5, involves the following steps: - Prepare the liquid phase solution by weighing the turmeric emulsion extract and skin moisturizing agent, and dissolving them in water to form a homogeneous liquid. - Weigh the glycerin soap base, place it in a container, and heat it to melt it into a liquid. The ideal temperature is 55-100°C, with an optimal temperature of 70-80°C, until the glycerin soap base is completely melted. - Pour the liquid phase solution into the liquid glycerin soap base and mix thoroughly. If there are air bubbles, spray with alcohol to remove them. Then pour into molds and allow the soap to cool and harden before removing it from the molds. This will yield glycerin soap containing turmeric emulsion extract for skin cleansing.
