On the top of the ventilation grid (12), there will be a top cover (13) which is a cover with a hole through the cover plate (14) installed and fixed together with the upper edge of the hole through the wall plate (7) or any part of the hole through the wall plate (7) to prevent the ventilation grid (12) from sliding out.
