OCR 23/12/2564 1.สูตรสารเคลือบฟิล์มเม็ดยาที่มีการเติมกลิ่นและรสชาติเพื่อช่วยให้รับประทานได้ง่ายขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ไฮดรอกซี โพรพิล เมทิล เซลลูโลส (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 2050 % โดยน้ำหนัก ทัลคัม (Talcum) 1530 % โดยน้ำหนัก ไททาเนียม ไดออกไซด์ (Titanium Dioxide) 1025 % โดยน้ำหนัก โพลี เอธิลีน ไกคอล (Polyethylene glycol) 210 % โดยน้ำหนัก โคโพวิโดน (Copovidone) 05 % โดยน้ำหนัก สี (Color) 06 % โดยน้ำหนัก กลิ่นรูปแบบผง (Flavour Powder) 230 % โดยน้ำหนัก สารให้ความหวาน (Sweetener) 00.5 % โดยน้ำหนัก สารให้ความหวานคือ โซเดียมแซ็กคาริน(Sodium Saccharin)/แอสพาร์เทม (Aspartame)/เอซี ซัลเฟมโพแทสเซียม (Accsulfame Potassium)/ซูคราโลส (Sucralose) ที่ซึ่งสารละลายที่ใช้ในการเตรียมน้ำยาเคลือบเม็ดยา คิดเป็นปริมาณของแข็ง (Solid Content) ที่ 615 % โดยน้ำหนัก โดยสารละลายจะประกอบไปด้วยน้ำและแอลกอฮอล์ตามสัดส่วนดังนี้ น้ำ 5.015.0 % โดยน้ำหนัก แอลกอฮอล์ 95 % 85.095.0 % โดยน้ำหนัก1. Accsulfame Potassium/Sucralose, where the solution used in the preparation of the tablet coating solution, has a solid content of 615% by weight, where the solution consists of water and alcohol in the following proportions: Water 5.015.0% by weight, Alcohol 95% 85.095.0% by weight.
2. กรรมวิธีการเตรียมสูตรสารเคลือบฟิล์มเม็ดยาที่มีการเติมกลิ่นและรสชาติเพื่อช่วยรับประทานได้ ง่ายขึ้น ตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ที่ซึ่งมีชั้นตอนดังนี้ ก. ปั่นผสม ไฮดรอกซี โพรพิล เมทิล เซลลูโลส (Hydrosypropyl methylcellulose), ทัลคัม (Talcum) และโคโพวิโดน (Copovidone) ลงในแอลกอฮอล์ 95 %ด้วยเครื่องโฮโมจีไนซ์ (homogenizer) จนเข้ากันเป็นอย่างดี ข. ปั่นผสม ไททาเนียม ไดออกไซด์ (Titanium Dioxide) และสี (Color)ลงในน้ำ ด้วยเครื่องโฮโมจี ไนซ์ (homogenizer) จนเข้ากันเป็นอย่างดี แล้วนำไปเทผสมกับสารละลายในข้อ ก. ค. ละลายโพลี เอธิลีน ไกคอล (Polyethylenc gycol) ในน้ำอุ่น แล้วนำไปเทผสมกับสารละลายใน ข้อ ก. ง. ละลายสารให้ความหวาน (Sweetener)ในน้ำอุ่น แล้วนำไปเทผสมกับสารละลายในข้อ ก. จ. ละลายกลิ่นรูปแบบผง (Flavour Powder) ในน้ำอุ่น แล้วนำไปเทผสมกับสารละลายในข้อ ก. ฉ. เมื่อผสมสารละลายทั้งหมดเข้าด้วยกันแล้วนำไปปั่นผสมให้เข้ากันด้วยเครื่องโฮโมจีไนซ์ (homogenizer) จนเข้ากันเป็นอย่างดี2. Dissolve the flavor powder in warm water and pour it into the solution in section A. When all the solutions are mixed together, blend it with a homogenizer until it is well blended.
