อุปกรณ์กดจุดบำบัดรักษาแบบกระบอกทำความเย็นนี้ จัดให้มีกระบอกที่มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางและ ความยาวที่พอเหมาะกับการใช้มือจับ กระบอกทำจากพลาสติกหรือไม้ ที่ปลายข้างหนึ่งของกระบอกจัดให้มีหัว กดจุด ซึ่งมีลักษณะนูนหรือเว้าเพื่อให้กระชับลงบนผิวหนังในขณะกด หัวกดจุดทำจากโลหะผนังบางและมีค่าการ นำความร้อนสูง เซ่น ทองแดง ส่วนปลายอีกด้านหนึ่งของกระบอกจัดให้มีปลั๊กอุด ซึ่งทำจากพลาสติกหรือไม้ ภายในกระบอกบรรจุด้วยนํ้าแข็งหรือของเหลวทำความเย็น สำหรับผิวด้านนอกกระบอกจัดให้มีการหุ้มด้วย ฉนวนกันความร้อนอีกชั้นหนึ่งเพื่อป้องกันการถ่ายเทความร้อนจากด้านนอกไปยังด้านในของกระบอก และ ป้องกันการควบแน่นเป็นหยดนํ้าของความชื้นในอากาศเมือสัมผัสกับผิวเย็นของกระบอก การเขย่ากระบอก ในขณะใช้งานเพื่อให้นํ้าแข็งละลายเร็วขึ้นเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำความเย็นของอุปกรณ์ สามารถ นำไปใช้บำบัดรักษาในสถานพยาบาล โดยเฉพาะการรักษาแบบแพทย์ทางเลือกThis cooling acupressure therapy device features a cylinder of appropriate diameter and length for comfortable grip. The cylinder is made of plastic or wood. One end of the cylinder has a pressure point head, either convex or concave, for a firm grip on the skin during application. This head is made of thin-walled metal with high thermal conductivity, such as copper. The other end of the cylinder has a plug made of plastic or wood. The cylinder is filled with ice or a cooling liquid. The outer surface of the cylinder is covered with an additional layer of thermal insulation to prevent heat transfer from the outside to the inside and to prevent condensation from moisture in the air when in contact with the cold surface. Shaking the cylinder during use to melt the ice faster enhances the cooling efficiency of the device. It can be used for therapeutic purposes in medical facilities, particularly in alternative medicine treatments.

1. The acupressure therapy device with a cooling cylinder consists of a cylinder (1) which is cylindrical in shape with a diameter of 2-4 centimeters and a length of 8-12 centimeters for acupressure therapy. The cylinder (1) is made of a material with low thermal conductivity, such as plastic or wood, which has a special feature: at one end of the cylinder (1) there is a pressure point head (2) which is raised to press into the skin to make contact with the acupressure point without slipping. The pressure point head (2) is made of thin-walled metal with high thermal conductivity, such as copper, brass, and aluminum. At the other end of the cylinder (1) there is a plug (3) made of plastic or wood, which can prevent the leakage of liquid. Inside the cylinder (1) is filled with ice or a cooling liquid (5). For the outer surface of the cylinder (1) is covered with another layer of thermal insulation (4) to prevent heat transfer from the outside to the inside of the cylinder (1) and to prevent condensation of moisture in the air when in contact with the cold surface of the cylinder (1) for cooling during acupressure.
