โซเดียมไนเตรต------17/06/2565------(OCR) 1. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse consists of two steps: preparing cellulose pulp from sugarcane bagasse and producing carboxymethylcellulose from the cellulose pulp. The carboxymethylcellulose production process has the following special characteristics: The process of preparing cellulose pulp from sugarcane bagasse involves cutting the bagasse into strips and boiling it at a temperature of 90-150 degrees Celsius at a pressure of 15 pounds per square inch for 1-3 hours. It is then removed and air-dried for 18 hours. The dried bagasse is then ground finely. 50-100 grams of the ground bagasse are mixed with 1,500-2,000 milliliters of water, and 2-5% by weight of hydrochloric acid is added. Boil at 100°C for 2-5 hours. Filter and rinse with water 2-3 times. Bake at 60-70°C for 18-24 hours until completely dry to obtain cellulose pulp for the production of carboxymethylcellulose. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from cellulose pulp: Weigh 1-10 grams of cellulose pulp, add 8-15 grams of chloroacetic acid, dissolve in 60-200 ml of 80-99% by volume ethanol. Then add 20-100 ml of 30-45% by weight alkaline solution. Stir well at room temperature for 30 minutes. Incubate for 18-24 hours. Boil at 60°C for 1-3 hours. Let cool, filter, and bake at 60°C for 18-24 hours to obtain white carboxymethylcellulose. Which can be made into sodium salt at a concentration ratio of 1-50% by weight. 2. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to claim 1, where the optimal hydrochloric acid concentration is 2% by weight. 3. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to either claim 1 or 2, where the alcohol solution can be selected from ethanol, methanol, and propanol. 4. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to either claim 1 to 3, where the optimal alcohol concentration is 95% by volume. 5. The process of producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to either claim 1 to 4, where the different solutions can be selected from sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. 6. A process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from bagasse according to any one of the claims 1 to 5, where the appropriate alkaline solution concentration is 45% by weight. 7. A process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from bagasse according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, where the sodium salt can be selected from sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, or sodium nitrate. ------------ 1. The process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from bagasse consists of two steps: preparing cellulose pulp from bagasse and producing carboxymethylcellulose from the cellulose pulp. The carboxymethylcellulose production process has the following special characteristics: The process of preparing cellulose pulp from bagasse... Sugarcane bagasse is cut into strips and boiled at 90-150°C at a pressure of 15 pounds per square inch for 1-3 hours. It is then removed and air-dried for 18 hours. The dried bagasse is then ground finely. 50-100 grams of the ground bagasse are mixed with 1,500-2,000 ml of water, and 2-5% by weight of hydrochloric acid is added. This mixture is boiled at 100°C for 2-5 hours, filtered, and rinsed with water 2-3 times. It is then dried at 60-70°C for 18-24 hours until completely dry. This produces cellulose pulp for use in the production of carboxymethyl cellulose. This is the process of producing carboxymethyl cellulose from cellulose pulp. Weigh 1-10 grams of cellulose pulp, add 8-15 grams of chloroacetic acid, dissolve in 60-200 milliliters of 80-99% by volume ethanol. Then add 20-100 milliliters of a 30-45% by weight solution. Stir well at room temperature for 30 minutes. Incubate for 18-24 hours. Boil at 60°C for 1-3 hours. Let cool, filter, and bake at 60°C for 18-24 hours. This will yield white carboxymethyl cellulose, which can be converted into sodium salt at a concentration of 1-50% by weight. 2. Carboxymethyl cellulose production method. A process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to either Patent 1 to 3, where the optimal alcohol concentration is 95% by volume. 5. A process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to either Patent 1 to 4, where the alkaline solution can be selected from sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. 6. A process for producing carboxymethylcellulose... (Carboxymethylcellulose) from sugarcane bagasse according to any one of Patents 1 to 5, where the appropriate alkaline solution concentration is 45% by weight. 7. The process for producing carboxymethylcellulose from sugarcane bagasse according to any one of Patents 1 to 6, where the sodium salt can be selected from sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, or sodium nitrate.
