Abstract

The OCR (Optical Creation Control) multi-blade hand-controlled gold leaf cutting tool, as described in this invention, consists of a frame with three wooden rods. The first rod is positioned parallel to the second, and the third rod is placed at a 90-degree angle to secure the center of the first and second rods. A protective handle is attached to the end of the third rod for safe hand contact. A series of blades are attached to the frame. The blades are made of high-speed steel (HSS), which has low static electricity, preventing the blades from sticking to the gold leaf after contact. The result is a cut gold leaf that is not damaged or warped, with reduced waste. This also reduces cutting time because it reduces the time required for the operator to estimate the cutting size and reduces the number of cuts. Furthermore, sharpening the blades is less frequent than with a bamboo handle.

A hand-operated, multi-blade gold leaf cutting tool, characterized by a frame consisting of a first (1), second (2), and third (3) wooden rod, with the first (1) positioned parallel to the second (2), and the third (3) positioned at a 90 degree angle to hold the center of the first (1) and second (2) rods. At the end of the third (3) rod is a handle cover (5) for safety in handling. On one side of the first (1) and second (2) rods are several grooves (6) for attaching the blade assembly (4). 2. A manually controlled multi-blade gold leaf cutting tool, as per claim 1, where the frame can be replaced with a wooden or metal rod. 3. A hand-controlled multi-blade gold leaf cutting tool, in accordance with claim 1 or 2, where the first (1), second (2), and third (3) rods have square cross-sections of appropriate size, 2 x 2 centimeters. 4. A multi-bladed, hand-controlled gold leaf cutting tool, according to claim 1, in which sets of blades (4) are arranged in a straight line, parallel to each other, with the blades in the same plane, and spaced apart according to the size of the gold leaf to be cut. 5. A multi-blade gold leaf cutting tool, manually controlled, in accordance with claim 1 or 4, where the blade set (4) is made of high speed steel (HSS) saw blades with low static electricity and the blade set (4) is painted. 6. A multi-blade gold leaf cutting tool, manually controlled, in accordance with claim 1, where the covering or handle (5) may be of a material of fabric, plastic, or polymer rubber that is safe for hand contact.
