Abstract

Claims

1. A straddling vehicle that includes a vehicle body cover (40) that will enclose the side surfaces of the vehicle body of the vehicle, in which the vehicle body cover (40) shall include an opening (60) that will open at least below in the vehicle.

2. A straddling vehicle under Requisition 1, in which the vehicle body cover (40) shall include additional sections of walls (50) to separate openings (60).

3. A straddling vehicle under claim 2 where the wall section (50) extends outward in the direction of the width of the vehicle relative to at least some part of the opening section (60).

4. A straddling vehicle under claim 2 or 3 in which the wall (50) extends in the forward-rear direction of the vehicle's legs.

5. Any straddling vehicle under any of the claims 1 to 4, where the vehicle body cover (40) shall include additional sections (70) provided on the inside in the width direction of the vehicle and openings (60) shall be provided on the inside in the width direction of section (70).

6. Any straddling vehicle under any of the claims 1 to 5 in which the vehicle body cover (40) shall include additionally: an bulge (55) that bulges outward in the width direction of the vehicle; and an inclined underside (57) that is inclined inward in the width direction when approaching the underside of the vehicle from the bulge (55); and at least some portion of the opening (60) shall be inward in the width direction of the vehicle relative to the inclined underside (r7).

7. Any straddling vehicle under any of the claims 1 through 6, in which the opening (60) is positioned toward the rear of the vehicle and toward the underside of the vehicle relative to the knee grab piece (N) which is positioned between the driver's knees (H).

8. Any straddling vehicle under any of the claims 1 through 7 in which the opening (60) is positioned below the vehicle relative to the seat (8) on which the driver (H) sits.
