Page 1 of 1. Summary of Invention. This invention concerns the development of an antifungal product formulation for pet skin in the form of a nanoemulsion. The formula contains at least one type of Rhinocanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract, at least one type of saponin, at least one type of liquid fat, at least one type of surfactant, and water in appropriate proportions. This invention utilizes nanoemulsion technology to enhance skin penetration and delivery of active antifungal compounds to the target group without causing irritation or harm to the pet's skin.

Page 1 of 2: Claims 1. A nanoemulsion composition for antifungal treatment of pet skin fungi, containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin, consisting of at least one Rhinacanthus nasutus herbal extract, at least one saponin, at least one liquid fat, at least one surfactant, and water. 2. A nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin, as per patent 1, consisting of: - Rhinacanthus nasutus herbal extract 1.5-5% by weight - Saponin 1.2-4.5% by weight - Surfactant 2-10% by weight - Liquid fat 1-15% by weight - Water used to adjust to 100% by weight. 3. A nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin as per claim 1 or 2, where the Rhinacanthus nasutus extract is selectable from Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, compounds isolated from Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, salts of Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, salts of compounds isolated from Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, or a mixture of such compounds. 4. A nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing an extract of *Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz* and saponin as per patent 1 or 2, where the saponin is a selectable compound from saponins, saponin salts, or a mixture thereof. 5. A nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin as per Patent 1 or 2, where the liquid fat is selectable from mineral oil, olive oil, almond oil, or a mixture of the above. 6. Nanoemulsion formulations for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin as per Patent 1 or 2, where the surfactant is selectable from polysorbate 80, cetearyl alcohol (and) coco-glucoside (montanove 82), sorbitan monolaurate, or a mixture of these substances. 7. A nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin as per claim 1 or 2, additionally containing a moisturizing agent, a pharmaceutically acceptable intermediate, or a combination of such agents. (Page 2 of 2) 8. Nanoemulsion formulation for antifungal treatment of animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin as per patent 7, which includes: - A moisturizing agent, selectable from glycerin or propylene glycol; in the amount of 1-2 percent by weight. - A pharmaceutically acceptable intermediate, selectable from solvents, additives, diluents, or a mixture of such substances; in the amount of 0.1-20 percent by weight. 9. A method for preparing an antifungal nanoemulsion for animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin, according to one of claims 1-8, consisting of the following steps: - Preparation of the water phase by preparing the Rhinacanthus nasutus extract, saponin, water-soluble surfactant, and water in specified proportions, and mixing these substances by heating to 60-65°C. - Preparation of the oil phase by preparing the liquid fat and oil-soluble surfactant in specified proportions, and mixing these substances by heating to 65-70°C. - Mixing the water and oil phases by pouring the water phase into the oil phase and stirring at a speed of 500-800 rpm for 5-10 minutes to obtain an initial emulsion. (Pre-emulsion) Next, the preliminary emulsion is passed through a particle size reducer to the nanometer level and allowed to cool. 10. A method for preparing an antifungal nanoemulsion composition for animal skin containing Rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) Kurz extract and saponin, as per claim 9, where the particle size reduction equipment can be selected from an ultrasonicator, ultrasonicator probe, high-pressure mixer, and extruder.
