1. ผงน้ำเชื่อมจากแป้งบัคฮวีทซึ่งเตรียมโดยการทำแป้งให้เป็นสารละลายจาก แป้งเมล็ดข้าวพันธุ์บัคฮวีท และฉีดพ่นสารละ ลายของเหลวจากแป้งนี้เพื่อทำให้แห้ง
2. ผงน้ำเชื่อมจากแป้งบัคฮวีทตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ที่ซึ่ง แป้งเมล็ดข้าวพันธุ์บัคฮวีท นี้ เรียกว่า "ยูชิโกะ" ซึ่งจะ เป็นแป้งที่มีปริมาณโปรตีนต่ำโดยนำมาใช้ในการเตรียม ก๋วยเตี๋ยว จากบัคฮวีทเพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการเกาะติดอยู่บน แผ่นถาด และลูกกลิ้งของแป้งที่ละลายน้ำนี้
