Abstract

This invented health pillow and mattress features a pouch filled with buckwheat hulls. This filling prevents the pillow and mattress from collapsing and allows them to adapt to the individual's body shape, with the buckwheat hulls moving and conforming to human contours.

Claims (3)

1. Health pillows and mattresses are non-collapsible and conformable to the body shape of each individual, and are characterized by the following: the inside of the pillow bag (1) is filled with buckwheat hulls, in which the pillow bag contains at least two pieces of spunbond fabric (2) or paper pulp fabric as an inner layer to protect the buckwheat hulls from dust, cotton fabric (3) as an outer layer next to the spunbond fabric to help with ventilation, a zipper (4) to open the pillow bag to insert the buckwheat hulls and to close the pillow bag to prevent the hulls from spilling out, and a ribbon (5) or fabric sewn into the corners of the pillow bag to adjust the height of the pillow to suit the individual's body shape; the pillowcase (7) is made with at least two buttonholes (7a) on each side. The pillow bag (1) is filled with ribbons (5) which are threaded through the buttonholes (7a) and tied together to hold the pillow bag (1) and pillowcase (7) together. The mattress (10) is filled with buckwheat hulls, which are at least made of spunbond (11) or paper pulp fabric, which are placed on the inside to prevent buckwheat hull dust, cotton (12) which are placed on the outside to help with ventilation, a zipper (13) to close to prevent the buckwheat hulls from spilling out or to open to put the buckwheat hulls into the pillow bag or mattress bag, and ribbons (14) which are placed to secure the mattress cover (15).
