Abstract

คอนกรีตบล็อกผสมเส้นใยมะพร้าว ที่ประกอบด้วยส่วนผสมหลัก คือ ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ ประเภท 1 หินย่อย ขนาด 3/8 นิ้ว เส้นใยมะพร้าว ตัดเส้นใยให้มีขนาด 3-5 เซนติเมตร และน้ำประปา ที่ผ่านกรรมวิธีการผลิตคือ ทำการผสมให้คลุกเคล้าส่วนผสมแห้งหรือมวลรวมกับซีเมนต์ให้เข้ากันก่อน แล้วจึงนำเส้นใยมะพร้าวที่ผ่านกระบวนการตัดแล้ว เข้ามาผสมเพิ่มในอัตราส่วนที่ 0.05 ส่วนของน้ำหนัก ปูนซีเมนต์ทั้งหมด ที่มีความแข็งแรง น้ำหนักเบากว่าคอนกรีตบล็อกทั่วไป สำหรับใช้เป็นวัสดุก่อผนังใน อุตสาหกรรมการก่อสร้างต่อไป

1.คอนกรีตบล็อกผสมเส้นใยมะพร้าว ประกอบด้วย ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภท 1 เท่ากับ 1 ส่วนของน้ำหนักผสมทั้งหมด หินย่อย ขนาด 3/8นิ้ว เท่ากับ 5 ส่วนของน้ำหนักผสมทั้งหมด เส้นใยมะพร้าว ตัดเส้นใยขนาด 35 เซนติเมตร เท่ากับ 0.05 ส่วนของน้ำหนักปูนซีเมนต์ทั้งหมด น้ำ เท่ากับ 0.5-2.0 ส่วนของน้ำหนักผสมทั้งหมด
