The oscillating connecting plate of the fan consists of an oscillating connecting plate (1) which is either a long flat plate or a long flat plate with a reinforcing strip (2) which is either a groove or a raised shoulder or a flat plate with at least one folded corner (3). The front of the oscillating connecting plate (1) has front holes (4) that are attached to the front oscillating receiver of the fan with a connecting plate fastener (5), and the back of the oscillating connecting plate (1) has rear holes (8) that are attached to the rear oscillating receiver of the fan with a connecting plate fastener (5). The connecting plate fastener (5) is a threaded fastener with a shoulder on top (7) that is attached to the friction reducer (6) or the inner edge of the front holes of the connecting plate (4) or the inner edge of the holes. On the back of the connecting plate (8) there is a recessed shoulder of the connecting plate hole (9) which is indented from at least one inner edge of the front hole of the connecting plate (4) or from at least one inner edge of the back hole of the connecting plate (8) to accommodate the installation of the friction reducer (6). The friction reducer (6) is unique in that it consists of an inner boot (10) which is a tube or rod or receiving structure with a through-hole (11) for insertion into the front hole of the connecting plate (4) or the back hole of the connecting plate (8) to receive the insertion of the connecting plate mounting rod (5). Meanwhile, the sides of the inner boot (10) are recessed side channels (12) which are indented from at least one side edge. To accommodate the insertion of the 2-sided face, use the outer edge of the front hole of the connecting plate (4) or the outer edge of the rear hole of the connecting plate (8) to lock the inner boot (10) while inserted into the front hole of the connecting plate (4) or the outer edge of the rear hole of the connecting plate (8).
