ผ้าอ้อมชนิดใช้ครั้งเดียวแล้วทิ้ง (10) มีแถบกาว (12, 12'')และส่วนหรือสองส่วนมีรหัส (16, 16'') เพื่อทำให้สามารถปรับและ ยึดผ้าอ้อมเข้ากับตัวเด็กทารกให้พอดี และ/หรือตรวจความจำเป็น เมื่อต้องเปลี่ยนขนาดของผ้าอ้อมให้สอดคล้องกับน้ำหนักของเด็ก ทารก

1. การจัดผ้าอ้อมชนิดใช้ครั้งเดียวแล้วทิ้ง ประกอบด้วยแถบกาวคู่หนึ่ง(12, 12') มีลักษณะพิเศษที่พื้นผิวนอกใกล้ด้านหน้าทาง ปลาย (14) มีส่วนหรือสองส่วนเป็นคู่ (16, 16') สำหรับรับ แถบกาว (12, 12') และมีป้ายแสดง ถ้อยคำ หรือเครื่องหมายแสดง เพื่อทำให้สามารถใส่ผ้าอ้อมให้เด็กทารกอย่างถูกต้อง และ/หรือ ตรวจความจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนขนาดของผ้าอ้อมให้สอดคล้องกับน้ำหนัก ของเด็กทารก (รูปภาพ)
