The seating assembly under Requirement 1 in which the temporary fastener (2) is required to be smaller than the end edges of the floor section (12) and is required to attach one floor pad (11) to the wall section (3) and/or to the two floor pads (13), either or both together. 5. The seating assembly under Requirement 1 is further incorporated with reinforcement devices for the assembly (7) which are of choice from stainless steel and/or aluminum and/or steel and/or pipe and/or wood and/or plastic, either one or more of which are combined. 6. A seating assembly under claim 1 in which at least one side of wall (3) is incorporated with temporary fastening devices (2) for attachment to the floor (1). 7. A seating assembly under claim 1 or 6 in which fastening devices (5) and temporary fastening devices (2) are optional of zippers and/or Velcro and/or buttons and/or magnetic buttons and/or ropes, or one or more of these. 8. Any of the seating assemblies under claims 1 through 7 in which the floor padding (11) and wall padding 4 are incorporated with at least two outer covering layers (a); and an inner structural layer (b) of at least two multi-layer materials. 9. A seating assembly under claim 8 in which the outer covering (a) can be selected from polyurethane leather (PU leather) and/or synthetic leather and/or genuine leather and/or fabric and/or plastic, either or more than one, combined in at least one layer; PU leather is the most appropriate. The thin layer (b1) (b2) can be selected from polyurethane foam (PU foam) and/or polyethylene foam (PE foam) and/or synthetic fiber and/or compressed foam, either or more than one, combined in at least one layer. 10. A seating assembly under claim 8 or 9 in which the thick layer (b12) can be selected from polyurethane foam (PU foam) and/or polyethylene foam (PE foam) and/or synthetic fiber and/or compressed foam, either or more than one, combined in at least one layer. The optimal scenario is when the thickness of the thicker layer is equal to or greater than the thickness of the thinner layer. ------------ Page 1 of 2 Claims
