1. ผลิตภัณฑ์ใช้ทางผิวหนังที่มีส่วนผสมของนีโอโซมที่เก็บกักน้ำหรือน้ำแร่ ที่ซึ่งมีส่วนประกอบ ดังนี้ - เบสของเจล/ครีม/โลชั่ง/น้ำ/แอลกอฮอล์/ ร้อยละ10-50ต่อน้ำหนัก แผ่นแปะพื้นหรือขึ้ผึ้ง (ยาพื้น) -นีโอโซมที่เก็บกักน้ำหรือน้ำแร่ ร้อยละ10-50ต่อน้ำหนัก -สารกันบูด ร้อยละ0.1-10ต่อน้ำหนัก (เช่น เมทธิล พาราเบน (methylparaben), โพรพีล พาราเบแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
