------29/06/2561------(OCR) หน้า 1 ของจำนวน 1 หน้า บทสรุปการประดิษฐ์ การประดิษฐ์นี้ได้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาและการผลิตชุดตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดซี โดยใช้ แอนติเจนที่จำเพาะต่อเชื้อไวรัสดับอักเสบชนิดซี ซึ่งผลิตขึ้นเองจากโคลนของ Escherichia coliที่มีการตัดต่อส่วน ของสายดีเอนเอของเชื้อไวรัสดับอักเสบชนิดซีสายพันธุ์ไทยอยู่ทำให้สามารทผลิตโปรตีนของเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิด ซีสายพันธุ์ไทยส่วน NS3 NS5 และ CORE ได้ ชุดตรวจวินิจฉัยนี้ใช้ในธนาคารเลือดและห้องปฏิบัตการทั่วไป สำหรับตรวจหาเชื้อทั้งในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ------------

1. ชุดตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดซี ที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือ ถาดทดลอง จำนวน 1 ถาด ซึ่งถาดตังกล่าวถูกเคลือบหลุมด้วยแอนติเจนของเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดซี สายพันธุ์ไทยส่วน NS3 ส่วน NS5 และ ส่วน CORE สารละลายสำหรับล้าง จำนวน 1 ขวด ซึ่งมีส่วนประกอบของสารละลาย PBS ที่มีสารทวิน 20 ผสมอยู่ 0.1% สารละลายคอนจูเกต จำนวน 1 ขวด ซึ่งมีส่วนประกอบของสารแอนติบอดี IgG ที่มีเอนไชม์เพอรอกซิเดส สารละลายซับสเตรท จำนวน 1 ขวด ซึ่งมีส่วนประกอบของสาร 3, 3\', 5, 5\'-เตทราเมตทอลเบนซิดีน สารละลายที่ไช้เป็นตัวควบคุมบวกจาก จำนวน 1 ขวด และ สารละลายที่ใช้เป็นตัวควบคุมลบ จำนวน 1 ขวด
2. ชุดตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดชี ในข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ที่ซึ่ง แอนติเจนของเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดซี ดังกล่าว ถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยโคลนที่มีรีคอมบิเน้นท์พลาสมิด ดีเอนเอ ของเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดซีสายพันธุ์ไทย ------------
