The head and arm rest for lateral kidney surgery positioning consists of a (1) cushion in the shape of a trapezoid, with the top (3) of the (1) cushion being the side for supporting the head and arms of the surgical patient, the sloping (4) side of the (1) cushion being the side that is attached to the surgical bed which has been folded to a sloping angle, the bottom (5) of the (1) cushion being the base of the head and arm rest for lateral kidney surgery positioning, and the left and right sides (6) of the (1) cushion having trapezoidal areas, which have a specific characteristic: on the top (3) and/or sides (6) of the (1) cushion there are several arm rests and beds (2) connected. These arm rests and beds (2) are long plates for attaching the patient's arms while in the lateral position or for attaching to the surgical bed. 2. Head and armrests for lateral kidney surgery positioning, in accordance with claim 1, where the material covering the (1) cushion is appropriate, either leather, rubber or plastic, or a mixture of two or more of the above materials. 3. Head and armrests for lateral kidney surgery positioning according to any one of claims 1 - 3, where the inclined side (4) of the cushion (1) is inclined at an angle of 25-45 degrees to the horizontal. 5. Head and armrests for lateral kidney surgery positioning, according to claim 1, whereby the materials used to make the armrests and bed (2) can be selected from leather, rubber, plastic or fabric, either one or a combination of two or more of such materials.
