The composition of nanostructured lipid carriers for use in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals consists of: - Solid lipid compounds: 1-15% by weight of the total mixture - Liquid lipid compounds: 0.1-20% by weight of the total mixture - Surfactants: 1-20% by weight of the total mixture - Water: added to make up 100% by weight of the total mixture. Specifically, the solid lipid compounds consist of wax derived from rambutan seeds and solid fats from other plants or animals.

Composition of the nanostructured lipid carrier according to claim 1, where the solid lipids derived from other plants or animals as mentioned above may be selected from stearic acid, palmitic acid, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, powdered wax, rice bran wax, cetyl palmitate, glyceryl monostearate (GMS), or a mixture of these.

Composition of the nanostructured lipid carrier according to claim 6, where the aforementioned nonionic surfactant may be selected from polyethoxylated sorbitan esters (tween), sorbitan esters (span), poloxamer, polysorbate (page 2 of 2 pages tween), coco-glucoside, sorbitan monooleate, PEG-20 sorbitan monostearate, or a mixture of these.

9. องค์ประกอบของตัวพาไขมันโครงสร้างนาโน ตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อใดข้อหนึ่งก่อนหน้า โดยที่ องค์ประกอบตังกล่าว ประกอบเพิ่มเติมด้วย สารเติมแต่ง ที่เลือกได้จาก สารกันเสีย, สารแต่งสี, สารแต่ง กลิ่น, สารเพิ่มความข้นหนืด, สารเพิ่มความทึบแสง (Opacifier), สารสกัดที่มีฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อจุลชีพ, สารให้ ความชุ่มชื้นแก่ผิวหนัง, สารดูดความชื้นสู่ผิว (Humectant), หรือของผสมของสิ่งเหล่านี้9. Composition of the nanostructured lipid carrier as per one of the preceding claims, whereby such composition shall include, of choice, additives from, preservatives, coloring agents, fragrances, thickeners, opaquers, antimicrobial extracts, skin moisturizers, humectants, or a mixture of these.

Composition of the nanostructured lipid carrier according to claim 9, whereby the desired additive may be selected from parabens, phenoxyethanol, sodium metabisulphite, sodium benzoate, water-soluble, oil-soluble, color pigments, synthetic fragrances, essential oils, scenting agents, or mixtures of these.
