At each end of the securing plate, it also consists of an outward protruding mounting tab with a fastening device at which the protruding tab is attached to the respective outward back edge of the upper part of each upper sliding rail. The brake actuator consists of: (1) a gap in the seat located on the underside of the vehicle's seat in line with the vehicle's brake pedal, and (2) a brake actuator with a front end, a rear end, and an adjustment device, where the front end has a hole the size of the brake pedal to cover the brake pedal and the rear end is sized to fit into the gap in the seat so that when the seat is moved to the forward position and locked, the brake actuator engages the vehicle's brake pedal, preventing the vehicle's wheels from shifting.
