1. สารประกอบสูตร I (สูตรเคมี)2- 3. สารประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ซึ่ง (สูตรเคมี) 4- 5. สารประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 2 ซึ่ง (สูตรเคมี) 6. สูตรผสมทางเภสัชศาสตร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสารประกอบสูตร I หรือเกลือของสารเหล่านั้นซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ ตามที่ขอถือสิทธิในข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ถึง 5 ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ผสมกับพาหะ สารทำให้เป็นรูปร่างหรือสารทำให้เจือจางของสาร เหล่านั้น ซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ชนิดเดียวหรือ มากกว่า 7. สารประกอบสูตร I หรือเกลือของสารเหล่านั้นซึ่งเป็นที่ ยอมรับทางเภสัชศาสตร์ตามที่ขอถือสแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
