ระบบตอบคำถามสภาพจราจรและค้นหาข้อมูลสภาพจราจรเชิงความหมาย ประกอบด้วย ส่วนรับข้อมูลและส่วนแยกประเภทข้อมูล (100) ทำหน้าที่รับข้อมูลจากภายนอก (150) ส่วนรับข้อมูล (111) ทำหน้าที่รับข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาพจจราจรในส่วนองค์ประกอบ ออนโทโลยี และส่วนค้นหาและสรุปคำตอบ (300) ทำหน้าที่ค้นหาข้อมูลบจากฐานข้อมูลออนโทโลยี อินสแตนซ (114) เพื่อตอบผู้ใช้ (160) โดยที่ส่วนเก็บข้อมูลมีส่วนแปลงข้อมูลให้อยู่ในรูปแบบออน ออนโตโลยีอินสแตนซ์ (Ontology Instance )( (114) เพื่อทำหน้าที่แปลงข้อมูลที่คัดกรองแล้งจากส่วน คัดกรองข้อมูลจราจร ซึ่งคัดกรองข้อมูลที่ไม่เหมาะสมออกไปแล้ว แล้วเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ สามารถอนุมานตามชื่อที่เกิดเหตุที่ระบุข้อมูลคำถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาพจราจร อนุมานจาก ข้อมูลที่ระบุเป็นช่วงถนนหรือฝั่งถนน อนุมานจากเหตุการณ์บริเวณใกล้เคียง และอนุมานจาก บริเวณที่จุดสนใจ (Point of Interest) ตั้งอยู่ วัตถุประสงค์ประการหนึ่งของระบบคอบคำถามสภาพจราจรและค้นหาข้อมูล ภาพจราจรเชิงความหมาย เพื่อให้สามารถตอบคำถามสภาพจราจรที่ได้รับโดยพิจารณาจากข้อมูล ที่ได้รับจากภายนอกได้ตามเวลาจริง

1. ระบบตอบคำถามสภาพจราจรและค้นหาข้อมูลสภาพจราจรเชิงความหมาย ประกอบด้วย ก. ส่วนรับข้อมูลและส่วนแยกประเภทข้อมูล (100) ทำหน้าที่รับข้อมูลจากภายนอก (150) ประกอบด้วย ส่วนรับข้อมูล (111) ทำหน้าที่รับข้อมูลจากภายนอก เข้าสู่ระบบ และ สวนแยกประเภทข้อมูล (112) เพื่อทำการแยกข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากส่วนรับข้อมูลเข้า (111) ออกเป็นข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพจราจร ข้อมูลคำถ่ามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพจราจร และข้อมูล อื่น ข. ส่วนเก็บข้อมู
