1.กระบวนการสำหรับการเตรียมสารสกัดของมะระขีี้นก(Monordica Charantia)ซึ่ง ประกอบรวมด้วยขั้นตอนดังตอ่ไปนี้ a)เตรียมน้ำคั้นจากผลสดของมะระขี้นกที่ยังไม่สุกด้วยการบดเเละสับซึ่งมีการเติมน้ำลงไป เป็นระยะ b)กรองน้ำคั้งเพื่อให้ได้น้ำคั้นกรอง c)ปรับเปลี่ยนค่า pH ของน้่ำคั้นให้เหมาะสมระหว่าง pH
2.5 ถึง 4 โดยการเติมกรดอินทรีย์ d)ปล่อยให้น้ำคั้นที่ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนค่า pH เเล้วเกิดแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
