Abstract
เตาปิ้งอาหารพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนสำคัญ คือ ส่วนที่ 1 จะเป็นกล่องสะสมความร้อนที่ใช้สะสมความร้อนจากแสงอาทิตย์ทั้งที่ได้โดยตรงและจากการสะท้อน ส่วนที่ 2 จะเป็นส่วนของแผ่นสะท้อนแสงอาทิตย์ให้ลงสู่กล่องสะสมความร้อน ความร้อนภายในเตาปิ้ง อาหารพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ได้จากการแผ่รังสีความร้อนจากดวงอาทิตย์ทั้งที่ได้จากรังสีตรง และรังสีที่สะท้อนจากแผ่นสะท้อนแสงความร้อนที่ได้จะถูกสะสมไว้ภายในกล่องสะสมความร้อน เพื่อให้ความร้อนแก่อากาศ ซึ่งเตาปิ้งอาหารพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์สามารถนำไปใช้ในสถานที่ที่ขาดแคลนเชื้อเพลิงและไฟฟ้าแต่มีปริมาณแสงอาทิตย์เพียงพอได้

1. เตาปิ้งอาหารพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ที่มีรูปร่างเหมาะสม จะประกอบด้วยกล่องสะสมความร้อน มีลักษณะเป็นกล่องสี่เหลี่ยมลูกบาศก์ ทำจากแผ่นสแตนเลส ทาสีดำทุกด้านเพื่อให้ดูดความร้อน ด้านบนกล่องทำด้วยแผ่นกระจกใสเพื่อใช้กักเก็บความร้อนและสามารถเปิด-ปิด ได้เพื่อนำอาหารใส่หรือนำออก ด้านบนของกระจกใสเป็นแผ่นสะท้อนรังสีแสงอาทิตย์ 2 แผ่น เพื่อใช้สะท้อนรังสีแสงอาทิตย์ให้ตกลงมากระทบกล่องสะสมความร้อน โดยผ่านแผ่นกระจกใสนี้ โดยมีแขนปรับเปลี่ยนมุม เพื่อปรักตั้งมุมการตกกระทบของรังสีอาทิตย์ มีฉนวนหุ้มด้านรอบข้างและด้านล่างของกล่องสะสมความร้อนเพื่อป้องกันการสูญเสียความร้อนที่ผิวกล่องสะสมความร้อน โครงสร้างด้านนอกของเตาปิ้งอาหารพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ทำด้วยไม้ มีขา สามารถปรับตั้งความสูงและระดับความเอียงได้
