This tightening system can be loosened and tightened multiple times during the device's lifespan. 2. A waterproof bag with a tightening strap for individuals wearing splints and with injuries as per Patent 1, where the bag is made of a waterproof material or a non-waterproof material that has been subsequently coated or modified to be waterproof. 3. A waterproof bag with a tightening strap for individuals wearing splints and with injuries as per Patent 1, of an appropriate size and shape. For use on the extremities including the upper arm, elbow, arm, wrist, hand, thigh, knee, shin, ankle and foot. 4. A sock-type waterproof bag with a tightening strap for persons in casts and with wounds as per Prescription 1, with a size and shape suitable for use on the head, chest, torso, abdomen and hips. 5. A sock-type waterproof bag with a tightening strap for persons in casts and with wounds as per Prescription 1, where the tightening strap is permanently attached to the bag or is a separate component from the bag.
