1. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันนวดที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมันเมล็ดชามีส่วนประกอบ ดังนี้ - น้ำมันเมล็ดชา (Tea seed oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 50-97 โดยน้ำหนัก - วิตามินอีอะซิเตท (vitamin E acetate) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 0.1-3 โดยน้ำหนัก - บิวทีลเลทไฮดรอกซีโทลูอีน (butylated hydroxytoluene) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 0.01-0.1 โดยน้ำหนัก1. Massage oil products containing tea seed oil have the following components: - Tea seed oil: 50-97% by weight - Vitamin E acetate: 0.1-3% by weight - Butylated hydroxytoluene: 0.01-0.1% by weight
2. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันนวดที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมันเมล็ดชา ตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ยังประกอบ เพิ่มเติมด้วยไตรเมทิลโลโพรเพนไตรคาพริลเลต/ไตรคาเปรต (trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/ tricaprate) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 1-49 โดยน้ำหนัก2. Massage oil products containing tea seed oil, as per claim 1, also contain 1-49% by weight of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate.
3. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันนวดที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมันเมล็ดชา ตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ยังประกอบ เพิ่มเติมด้วยน้ำมันรำข้าว (rice bran oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 1-40 โดยน้ำหนัก3. Massage oil products containing tea seed oil, as per claim 1, may also include 1-40% by weight of rice bran oil.
4. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันนวดที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมันเมล็ดชา ตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ยังประกอบ เพิ่มเติมด้วยน้ำมันหอมระเหยผสม (blended essential oils) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 0.1-2 โดยน้ำหนัก4. Massage oil products containing tea seed oil, as per claim 1, shall also contain a blended essential oil in the amount of 0.1-2% by weight.
3. ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันนวดที่มีส่วนผสมของน้ำมันเมล็ดชา ตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ที่ซึ่งน้ำมัน- หอมระเหยผสม (blended essential oils) สามารถเลือกได้จากน้ำมันหอมระเหยผสมสูตรที่ 1 ที่มี ส่วนประกอบ ดังนี้ - น้ำมันหอมระเหยส้ม (orange oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 70-80 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยซีดาร์วูด (cedar wood oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 10-15 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหย สเปียมินต์ (spearmint oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 10-15 โดยน้ำหนัก หรือน้ำมันหอมระเหยผสมสูตรที่ 2 ที่มีส่วนประกอบดังนี้ - น้ำมันหอมระเหยกระดังงา (ylang Ylang oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 30-40 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยวานิลา (vanilla absolute) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 10-15 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยคาสเซีย (cassia oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 30-40 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยกานพลู (clove oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 10-15 โดยน้ำหนัก หรือน้ำมันหอมระเหยผสมสูตรที่ 3 ที่มีส่วนประกอบดังนี้ - น้ำมันหอมระเหยลาเวนเดอร์ (lavender oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 40-60 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยมาจอแรม (marjoram oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 20-30 โดยน้ำหนัก - น้ำมันหอมระเหยเปบเปอร์มินต์ (peppermint oil) ปริมาณ ร้อยละ 20-30 โดย น้ำหนัก -----------------------------------------------------------------------------3.
