Abstract
สารผสมทำลายแบคทีเรียที่ใช้ในช่องปากให้ผลในการเสริมสร้างสุขศาสตร์แห่งปากซึ่งเป็นตัวสารทำลายแบคทีเรียและต่อต้าน เพลกชนิดแคไอออนิกควอเทอร์นารีแอมโมเนียม และสารชนิดหนึ่ง ที่เติมเข้าไปเพื่อลดรอยด่างของผิวฟันโดยไม่ทำให้การแสดง ฤทธิ์ของตัวสารที่ทำลายแบคทีเรียและต่อต้านเพลกหมดอำนาจไป เกลือควอเทอร์นารีแอมโมเนียมเช่นเบนซีโธเนียม คลอไรด์ และ เซทิลพิริดิเนียม คลอไรด์ เป็นตัวอย่างโดยตรงของตัวสารที่ ทำลายแบคทีเรีย สารที่เติมเข้าไปเพื่อต่อต้านรอยด่างคือเกลือเพอออกซีได ฟอสเฟต ที่ควรใช้คือเททราโปแตสเซียม เพอออกซีไดฟอสเฟต (K4P2O8)
Claims (4)
1. สารผสมที่ใช้ในช่องปากสำหรับลดปริมาณแพลด (plaque) ที่เป็นสารเคลือบฟัน ซึ่งสารผสมดังกล่าวมีค่าพีเอช ประมาณ 4.5 ถึงประมาณ 9 และมีพาหะสำหรับใช้ทางปากและปริมาณที่ใช้ยับ ยั้ง เพลด ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลของตัวสารต่อต้าน เพลด และ ต่อต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียชนิดที่เป็น ซีทิลพิริดิเนียม คลอ ไรด์ หรือเบนซีโธเนียม คลอไรด์ ซึ่งได้สังเกตพบว่าการใช้ ของตัวสารนี้นำไปสู่การเกิดรอยด่างหรือเปลี่ยนสีที่ผิวฟัน ซึ่งการแก้ ไขนี้ประกอบไปด้วยสารผสมดังกล่าวรวมอยู่ด้วยเป้นสารตัวเติม สำหรับต่อต้านรอยด่าง รวมทั้งปริมาณที่ใช้ยับยั้งรอยด่าง ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลของเกลือ เพอร์ออกซิไดฟอสเฟท ใส่ที่ ช่องปาก
