1. กรรมวิธีการจำแนกเชื้อกลุ่มแลคติกแอซิดแบคทีเรียด้วยดีเอ็นเอไมโครอะเรย์ ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอน ดังนี้ การเคลือบแผ่นวัสดุพื้นผิวเรียบ การสร้างดีเอ็นเอโพรบให้มีคุณสมบัติจำเพาะต่อเชื้อแลคติก แอซิดแบคทีเรียเป้าหมาย การพิมพ์ดีเอ็นเอโพรบบนแผ่นวัสดุพื้นผิวเรียบ การป้องกันการเกิดปฏิกิริยา แบบไม่จำเพาะ การเตรียมตัวอย่างที่ต้องการตรวจ และการตรวจวัดสัญญาณและการแปลผล
