The preparation method is as follows: Mix horsetail extract, D-panthenol, EDTA disodium, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, and water. Then dissolve menthol in ethanol and add ginger oil. Pour the horsetail mixture into the menthol and ginger oil solution and stir well. Then add fragrance as desired.
