Abstract

ใบมีดตัดหญ้าแบบใบตัดโค้ง ซึ่งทำจากเหล็กมีลักษณะเป็นแผ่น รูปทรงเป็นรูปครึ่งวงกลม โดยออกแบบ ให้ใบตัดมีความโค้งทำมุม 109 องศา มีสันอยู่อีกด้านหนึ่ง และมีด้ามคมด้านเดียวเว้าเข้าด้านใน ปลายใบมีด รูปร่างแหลมคม โคนใบมีดรู จำนวน 2 รู สำหรับยึดโคนมีดเข้ากับจานกลมยึดใบมีด โดยใช้สกรูพร้อมกับใส่ แหวนสปริงและขันน๊อตที่ด้านล่างของจานกลม และสามารถถอดประกอบจานกลมยึดใบมีดเข้ากับเครื่องตัด หญ้าสะพายไหล่ได้ เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของเครื่องตัดหญ้า และให้เกิดความสะดวกแก่ ผู้ใช้งานเครื่องตัดหญ้าสะพายไหล่เพราะมีใบมีดที่เหมาะสมกับงานลดเวลาการตัดหญ้า และช่วยให้ตัดหญ้าได้ เร็วขึ้นThe curved cutting blade, made of steel, is a flat, semicircular plate designed with a 109-degree cutting angle. It has a ridge on one side and a single, inward-curving sharp edge. The blade tip is pointed, and the base has two holes for securing it to a circular blade holder. This is achieved using screws, washers, and nuts at the bottom of the holder, allowing for easy attachment and removal of the holder from a shoulder-mounted lawn mower. This design improves the efficiency and convenience of the shoulder-mounted lawn mower by reducing cutting time and increasing cutting speed.

Claims

1. Curved blade type. Consists of a blade (1) which is used for cutting grass and is attached to a circular plate (4) which is used for assembly with a grass cutter with screws (5) and nuts (6). It has a special feature: the blade (1) has a semicircular shape, the cutting blade is curved at an angle of 109 degrees, has a ridge on one side and a single sharp side (2) that is concave inwards. The tip of the blade (1) is sharp. The base of the blade (1) has a hole (3) for attaching the base of the blade (1) to the circular plate (4), which has holes on the edge of the plate for assembly and attachment to the blade (1). There is a slot (7) in the center of the circular plate (4) for assembly and attachment to the grass cutter. The circular plate (4) can be removed and replaced with any general grass cutter.
