Claims (16)

Products resulting from the condensation of ethylene oxide with a hydrophobic base; products resulting from the condensation of propylene oxide with propylene cyclic; products resulting from the condensation of ethylene oxide and the products obtained from the reaction of propylene oxide and ethylenediamine; alkyl polysaccharides and fatty acid amide; and mixtures of these substances.
