Abstract
ชุดน้ำยาตรวจออกซาเลตในเครื่องดื่มชาสมุนไพร ประกอบด้วยน้ำยา 2 ชนิด คือ น้ำยา ก. เป็น สารละลายไพโรแคทีคอลไวโอเล็ต (pyrocatechol violet) ที่มีความเข้มข้น 0.1-1 มิลลิโมลาร์ และ น้ำยา ข. เป็นสารละลายผสม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสารละลายคอปเปอร์ซัลเฟตเพนตะไฮเดรต (copper sulfate pentahydrate) ที่มีความเข้มข้น 0.1-1 มิลลิโมลารื และสารละลายอะซิเตตบัฟเฟอร์ (acetate buffer) ที่มีพี เอช (pH) 5-6 และมีความเข้มข้น 2.5-100 มิลลิดมลาร์ โดยชุดน้ำยาตรวจออกซาเลตตามการประดิษฐ์นี้ใช้ หลักการคือ ให้ไพโรแคทีคอลไวโอเล็ต (pyrocatchol violet) จับกับคอปเปอร์ไอออน ซึ่งจะได้สารละลายสี ฟ้า เมื่อเติมออกซาเลตเข้าไป ออกวาเลตจะเข้าไปแย่งจับกับคอปเปอร์ไอออน ทำให้ไพโรแคทีคอลไวโอเล็ต (pyrocatechol violet) หลุดออกมา สารละลายในหลอดทดลองจึงเปลี่ยนจากสีฟ้าเป็นสีเหลือง ซึ่งมองเห็น ชัดเจนด้วยตาเปล่า และสามารถวัดค่าการดูดกลืนแสงด้วยเครื่องสเปกโทรมิเตอร์ที่วคามยาวคลื่น 440 นาโน เมตรได้ จึงเป็นวิธีการตรวงที่รวงเร็ว ให้วคามเข้าของสีในการตรวงที่เห็นชัดเจนด้วยตาเปล่า

1. ชุดน้ำยาตรวจออกซาเลตในเครื่อมดื่ม ประกอบด้วยน้ำยา 2 ชนิด คือ น้ำยา ก. เป็นสารละลายไพโรแคทีคอลไวโอเล็ต (pyrocatechol violet) ที่มีความเข้มข้น 0.1-1 มิลลิโมลาร์ น้ำยา ข. เป็นสารละลายผสม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสารละลายคอปเปอร์ซัลเฟตเพนตะไฮเดรต (copper sulfate pentahydrate) ที่มีความเข้มข้น 0.1-1 มิลลิโมลาร์ และสารละลายอะวิเตตบัฟเฟอร์ (acetate buffer) ที่มีพีเอช (pH) 5-6 และมีความเข้มข้น 2.50-100 มิลลิโมลาร์
