Partially dynamically crosslinked thermoplastic elastic material consists, by weight (A) 100 parts thermoplastic elastic material containing (i) 30 to 70 parts of a selectable polypropylene polymer from the group consisting of crystalline polypropylene with an isotactic index greater than 90% and a mixed ethylenepropylene copolymer with an ethylene content of up to 10%; (ii) 70 to 30 parts of amorphous olefin copolymer from the group consisting of ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-propylene monomer non-conjugated diene, and ethylene-butene monomer non-conjugated diene, with an ethylene content of 30 to 70% and a diene content of 1 to 10%, and being of the soluble type. (iii) 10 to 30 parts of semicrystalline ethylene-propylene or ethylene-butin copolymer, which is insoluble in xylene at room temperature and of choice, and (iv) 2 to 20 parts of polybutene-1, taking 100 parts of (i)+(ii)+(iii) as the basis, in which the ratio of polybutene-1 to rubber is less than 0.5, and (B) 1.4 to 4.0 parts of zinc salt of mercapto compounds, of choice from the group consisting of zinc 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and zinc 2-mercaptotoluimidazole, taking 100 parts of (i)+(ii)+(iii) as the basis.

(A) zinc salts of mercapto compounds 1.4 to 4 parts selected from the group consisting of zinc 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and zinc 2-mercaptotoluimidazole taking 100 parts of (A) as the basis.
