Such backing and covering layers are selectable from a group of non-woven materials, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, and plastic sheets with such backing layers, and at least one covering layer consists of a non-woven material which (a) contains swelling clay in an embedded form with a particle size of approximately 90 percent of particles smaller than 0.06 mm and approximately 70 percent of particles smaller than 0.002 mm, and the thickness of the swelling clay layer between the backing and covering layers is directly related to the swelling capacity of the clay as defined in the diagram of Figure 1 and is located in the parallel lines of the diagram marked, and (b) the non-woven material has an effective weight, area, and opening size Dw, which is located in the parallel lines marked C of the diagram provided in Figure 2.
