1. วิธีการตรวจสอบการสลายตัวของพลาสติกย่อยสลายได้ทางชีวภาพในสภาวะธรรมชาติ ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการเตรียมดิน การเตรียมตัวอย่างทดสอบ วิธีการฝังกลบ และการตรวจสภาพการ สลายตัวของตัวอย่างทดสอบ มีลักษณะเฉพาะ คือ บรรจุตัวอย่างดินลงในท่อ PVC ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 10-20 เซนติเมตร ความยาว 50-80 เซนติเมตร และปลายด้านหนึ่งปิดทึบ จัดวางท่อไว้ในแนวตั้งบนพื้นดินภายใต้หลังคา พลาสติกใน สูง 1.0-2.0 เมตร เพื่อกันการปนเปื้อนของน้ำฝนและรักษาความชื้นของดินไว้ที่ field capacity (สูตร) 01-0.1 และฝังกลบตแท็ก :
