The pair of wings stands inward from the bottom of the separated side edges of the first opening; the pair of closures stands inward from the bottom of the separated side edges of the first opening; the opposite inner edge of the pair of wings is positioned between the second opening; the opposite longitudinal end of the second upper plate; the outer side of the pair of wings is attached to the inside of the second upper plate; and the elastic piece is enclosed in the opposite inner edge along which it is adjacent to and generally parallel to the two separated sides of the first opening, and the elastic piece can stretch longitudinally.
