Abstract
DC60 (28/07/54) การประดิษฐ์นี้พัฒนากรรมวิธีการตรวจหาและจำแนกชนิดของเชื้อไวรัส Human Papillomavirus ขึ้นเพื่อให้การตรวจหาเชื้อ HPV ครอบคลุมชนิดที่พบมากในประเทศไทย โดย ได้ทำการออกแบบไพรเมอร์ บริเวณ L1 ของ HPV ขึ้นมาใหม่ 1 คู่ และปรับกระบวนการตรวจหา เชื้อไวรัสด้วยวิธี PCR-RFLP ให้มีลักษณะเฉพาะ เมื่อถูกตัดด้วยเอ็นไซม์เพียง 4 ชนิด สามารถ แยกชนิดของ HPV ที่พบมากในคนไทยได้อย่างน้อย 12 ชนิด การประดิษฐ์นี้พัฒนากรรมวิธีการตรวจหาและจำแนกชนิดของเชื้อไวรัส Human Papillomavirus ขึ้นเพื่อให้การตรวจหาเชื้อ HPV ครอบคลุมชนิดที่พบมากในประเทศไทย โดย ได้ทำการออกแบบไพรเมอร์ บริเวณ L1 ของ HPV ขึ้นมาใหม่ 1 คู่ และปรับกระบวนการตรวจหา เชื้อไวรัสด้วยวิธี PCR-RFLP ให้มีลักษณะเฉพาะ เมื่อถูกตัดด้วยเอ็นไซม์เพียง 4 ชนิด สามารถ แยกชนิดของ HPV ที่พบมากในคนไทยได้อย่างน้อย 12 ชนิด

1. กรรมวิธีการตรวจหาและจำแนกชนิดของเชื้อไวรัส Human Papillomavirus มีขั้นตอน ดังนี้กระบวนการตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัสด้วยวิธี PCR-RFLP และกระบวนการจำแนกชนิดของ เชื้อไวรัสด้วยการตัดด้วยเอนไซม์
2. กรรมวิธีการตรวจหาและจำแนกชนิดของเชื้อไวรัส Human Papillomavirus ในข้อถือ สิทธิที่ 1 ที่ซึ่ง กระบวนการตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัสด้วยวิธี PCR-RFLP มีลักษณะเฉพาะคือ การเตรียมสารปริมาตร 50 ไมโครลิตร ที่ประกอบด้วยส่วนผสมดังนี้ DNA template 200 นาโนกรัม แท็ก :
