Abstract
การประดิษฐิ์นี้จะได้ดีเอ็นเอมาตรฐาน (standard DNA marker) ซึ่งผลิตได้จากพลาสมิดลูกผสม p13K ที่ ได้จากการนำชิ้นดีเอ็นเอจากพลาสมิดลูกผสม pRTBVCN เข้าไปแทรกไว้ในพลาสมิดที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นแกนหลักสำหรับ replication ในเซลล์แบคทีเรีย โดยมีลำดับของการแทรกชิ้นดีเอ็นเอที่ตำแหน่งจุดตัด ด้วยเอนไซม์ตัดจำเพาะ EcoRl, Sphl, Xhol, Sacl, BamHl, Kpnl และ Sall ตามลำดับดีเอ็นเอมาตรฐานขนาดช่วง 1 กิโลเบส ประกอบไปด้วยชิ้นดี เอ็นเอขนาด 996, 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 2006, 2637, 2647, 2648, 2657, 2661, 2671, 3012, 4023, 5022, 6036, 6996, 7999, 8999, 10000, 11002 และ 11998 คู่เบส ซึ่งนำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ขนาดดีเอ็นเอ ด้วยวิธีการ แยกชิ้นดีเอ็นเอในแผ่นวุ้นโดยใช้กระแสไฟฟ้า (gel electrophoresis) ได้อย่างแม่นยำ

1. พลาสมิดลูกผสม p13K ที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ คือ เป็นพลาสมิดลูกผสมที่มีแผนผังการเรียงตัวของชิ้นดี เอ็นเอจำนวน 7 ชิ้นในพลาสมิดแกนหลัก (pUC18) ดังนี้ (รูป)
2. พลาสมิดลูกผสม p13K ในข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 ที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ คือ เป็นพลาสมิดลูกผสม ที่มี พลาสมิด ลูกผสม pRTBVCN เป็นแหล่งสารพันธุกรรม
3. พลาสมิดลูกผสม p13K ในข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 ที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ คือ เป็นพลาสมิดลูกผสมที่ได้จากการ ใช้โอลิโกนิวคลีโอไทด์ไพรเมอร์ ที่มีลำดับรหัสพันธุกรรมดังนี้
