1. น้ำพริกเผา ที่ประกอบด้วย แก่นตะวัน 34 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก พริกแห้ง 3 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก หอมแดง 16 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก กระเทียม 16 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก กุ้งแห้ง 12 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก น้ำตาลปิ๊บ 9 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก เกลือ 1 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก มะขามเปียก 9 เปอร์เซ็นโดยน้ำหนัก
