Abstract

DC60 (15/12/52) เครื่องพ่นหมอกเป็นเครื่องที่นำไปใช้เพิ่มความชื้นในอากาศทางด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น ใช้เพิ่มความชื้น ในอากาศในโรงเรือนเพาะชำต้นไม้ ใช้ห้องปรับอากาศที่ต้องการควบคุมความชื้น หรือโรงงาน อุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการควบคุมบรรยากาศ ฯลฯ ซึ่งเครื่องพ่นหมอกมีลักษณะการออกแบบให้อากาศ สามารถพัดพาละอองน้ำหรือหมอกที่เกิดขึ้นภายในเครื่อง สามารถเคลื่อนที่ออกไปตามช่องพ่นหมอกได้ อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพและไม่เกิดการย้อนกลับของละอองน้ำเข้าไปในชุดวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ควบคุม การทำงาน ระบบควบคุมระดับน้ำให้อยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสมตลอดเวลาจึงจะทำให้การเกิดละอองน้ำ เป็นไปอย่างสมบูรณ์ สำหรับการใช้งานต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลานาน และสามารถเคลื่อนย้ายได้ง่าย เครื่องพ่นหมอก ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน คือ ส่วนวงจรไฟฟ้า ส่วนประกอบของสารเซรามิก ส่วนวางแผ่นทรานสดิวเซอร์และ การจัดวางอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเพื่อป้องกันละอองน้ำไหลย้อนกลับเข้าไป ใน วงจรไฟฟ้า ปริมาณความชื้นสามารถปรับเพิ่มหรือลด ตามความต้อง การใช้งานโดยปรับที่แผ่น ทรานสดิวเซอร์ และชุดวงจรควบคุมDC60 (15/12/52) Mist sprayers are used to increase humidity in various air conditions, such as in greenhouses, air-conditioned rooms that require humidity control, or in industrial plants that require atmosphere control. The mist sprayer is designed to allow air to carry water droplets or mist generated inside the machine, allowing it to move efficiently through the mist spray channels and prevent water droplets from returning to the electronic circuit that controls its operation. The system maintains the appropriate water level at all times, ensuring perfect mist production for long-term continuous use and easy movement. The mist sprayer consists of four parts: the electrical circuit, the ceramic components, the transducer plate housing, and the arrangement of electrical components to prevent water droplets from flowing back into the circuit. The humidity level can be adjusted to suit the needs of use by adjusting the transducer plate and the control circuit.
