The prepolymer is prepared by reacting: (b1) an aliphatic isocyanate; and (b2) a polyol component with a number-average molecular weight greater than or equal to 400 g/mol and an average OH-functionality of 2 to 6, wherein the polyol component comprises one or more components. Selectable from a group consisting of polyesters, polyols, polyester-polyether polyols and mixtures thereof; processes for making the same; postoperative fascia coverings prepared therefrom and dispersion systems for such polyurea systems.

Claims

1. : DC60 (31/03/52) A polyurea system comprising: (a) an amino functionalized aspartic ester of general formula (I) (chemical formula) (I), wherein X represents an n-valent organic radical derived from a primary amine with the corresponding n-functional group X(NH2)n\', R1 and R2 each, independently, represent an organic radical without reactive hydrogen, of the chiavitin type, and n is an integer equal to at least 2; and (b) a prepolymer containing an isocyanate functional group with a monomer content of less than 1% by weight. The prepolymer is prepared by reacting: (b1) an aliphatic isocyanate; and (b2) a polyol component with a number-average molecular weight greater than or equal to 400 g/mol and an average OH-functionality of 2 to 6, wherein the polyol component comprises: One or more compositions, optionally from the group consisting of polyesters, polyols, polyester-polyether polyols, and mixtures thereof; processes for making the same; postoperative fascia coverings prepared therefrom and dispersion systems for such polyurea systems.
