The play structure consists of a body, a handle, and a combination of parts. The body has an outer component that can rotate around a pivot on a horizontal axis during use, and an inner component that is independently supported and can rotate relative to the outer component. The inner component is integrated with the playing surface, where the ball does not move. The handle is then attached to the inner component, and the connected inner and outer components are coordinated so that the up-and-down movement of the handle rotates around the outer component's pivot on a horizontal axis, while the rotation of the handle and inner components relative to the outer components (without the outer component rotating) controls the tilt of the playing surface.

The play structure consists of a body assembly, a handle assembly, and a ball. The body assembly has an outer component that can rotate around a pivot on a horizontal axis during use, and an inner component that is independently supported and can rotate relative to the outer component. The inner component is integrated with the playing surface on which the ball moves. The handle assembly is attached to the inner component. The attached inner component is then interlocked with the outer component so that the inertia of the handle assembly lifting and lowering causes it to rotate around the pivot of the outer component on a horizontal axis, and the rotational movement of the handle assembly around its pivot causes the inner component to rotate relative to the outer component without the outer component rotating, in order to control the tilt of the playing surface. A passageway is provided along the axis of rotation of the handle assembly and the inner component to connect the chamber provided in the handle assembly to the interior of the inner component.
