Abstract

This new request modifies the capsule panel cutting adjustment mechanism described in this invention. Mounted on the capsule packaging panel forming machine frame, it comprises a perforated sheet metal support cover for the two guide posts and a helical gear shaft support plate secured to the support cover with screws. A guide assembly is fitted onto the two guide posts, and a lubricated guide bushing is fitted into the guide assembly. Adjustment is achieved by rotating the helical gear shaft, causing the helical gear to mesh with another helical gear attached to a threaded helical gear shaft. This allows the PVC panel cutting support plate to move according to the size of the capsule packaging panel. The design of this capsule panel cutting adjustment mechanism facilitates the adjustment of the capsule panel cutting distance and improves the cutting accuracy for efficient use with the capsule packaging panel forming machine.

The capsule panel separation adjustment mechanism consists of a front capsule panel separation support cover (1) and a rear capsule panel separation support cover (2), drilled holes to allow the sliding post (3) to fit together, and a shaft support plate. The first helical gear (8) is attached to the front capsule panel separation support cover (1). There is a sliding guide assembly (5) fitted onto the sliding guide post (3) and a sliding guide sleeve (6) fitted into the sliding guide assembly (3). There is a capsule panel separation support plate (4) drilled holes to allow the sliding guide assembly (5) and the adjustment mechanism (10) to be attached to the capsule panel separation support plate (4). A special feature is that in the sliding guide assembly (5), the capsule panel separation adjustment part is made by rotating the second helical gear shaft (11), causing the second helical gear (14) to mesh with the first helical gear (17) fitted to it. With the first helical gear shaft (7) with a threaded guide, it drives the distance adjuster (10) attached to the capsule panel separating support plate (4) to move the capsule panel separating support plate (4). 2.
